Job summary

University of Warwick is seeking a Business Change Manager to support the launch of a new portfolio delivery programme for online learning. You will work across multiple streams, engaging with senior stakeholders, academic teams and professional services to embed new ways of working with a strong focus on the voice of the customer.

This 16-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working patterns, excellent pension, 42 days holiday including bank holidays, on-site parking and good transport

We are actively seeking a Business Change Manager to support the launch of an exciting new portfolio delivery programme for a prestigious university.

The post will play a key role in supporting Business Change activities for an Online Programme Management (OPM) initiative and support a major transformation of the University's online learning strategy and the development of high-quality digital education.

Working at the forefront of early-stage programme delivery, the role will focus on supporting people through change, ensuring that new ways of working are effectively adopted and embedded. Acting as a strong advocate for the 'voice of the customer', the role will ensure that operational needs and challenges are understood, and that any barriers to success are proactively identified and addressed with practical solutions.

You will work across multiple workstreams, collaborating with senior stakeholders, academic teams, and professional services to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to an evolving programme. Experience or knowledge of online learning models, the higher education environment, and large-scale digital transformation programmes would be advantageous.

You will play a key role in delivering efficient, streamlined, and sustainable change.
