Job summary

MandM in Hereford city centre is hiring temporary Customer Support Operators to handle online messages about orders, deliveries and returns, using clear written communication and problem-solving skills.

The role is digital (non-telephone) with full paid induction training starting 22nd September. You’ll enjoy weekly pay up to Christmas, onsite parking, staff shop access, referral bonuses and fast-track hiring to lock in your start date quickly.

Qualifications

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Ability to write clear, friendly responses to customers.
• Strong attendance, accountability and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online customer messages regarding orders, deliveries and returns.
• Track packages on third-party courier websites and update customers.
• Document interaction details on internal memos.
• Submit courier delivery investigation requests when required.
• Work toward individual quality and productivity targets as part of the team.
