Job summary

MandM Direct Limited in Hereford is seeking a Temporary Customer Support Operator for a fixed-term contract until 27 December 2026. The role is onsite, four days per week, with weekend rotation, and starts with full paid induction training.

You will answer online customer messages about orders, deliveries and returns with clear written communication. Based at our city centre Head Office, you’ll join a fast-paced team in a digitally focused environment, with weekly pay and supportive onboarding

We are hiring temporary Customer Support Operators to join our team at our city centre Head Office, starting with full paid induction training on Tuesday, 22nd September.

This is a digital support role (non-telephone) where you will handle online customer messages regarding orders, deliveries, and returns using clear written communication and problem-solving skills.
