Job summary

You will answer online customer messages about orders, deliveries and returns with clear written communication. Based at our city centre Head Office, you’ll join a fast-paced team in a digitally focused environment, with weekly pay and supportive onboarding

• Fast, precise typing with attention to detail.
• Ability to write clear, friendly responses to customers.
• Strong attendance and accountability in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer online customer messages regarding order status, deliveries, and returns in a helpful, professional tone.
• Track packages on third-party courier websites and update customers.
• Document interaction details on internal Customer App memos.
• Submit courier delivery investigation requests when required.
• Work toward individual quality and productivity targets in a supportive team.
