Job summary

MandM in Hereford city centre is hiring temporary Customer Support Operators to handle online messages about orders, deliveries and returns, using clear written communication and problem-solving skills.

The role is digital (non-telephone) with full paid induction training starting 22nd September. You’ll enjoy weekly pay up to Christmas, onsite parking, staff shop access, referral bonuses and fast-track hiring to lock in your start date quickly.

The Role Scope

Answering online customer messages regarding order status, deliveries, and returns in a helpful, professional tone.

Tracking packages on third-party courier websites and updating customers.

Documenting interaction details accurately on internal Customer App memos.

Submitting courier delivery investigation requests when required.
