Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations. This is a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running and stock flowing, with responsibility for deliveries and behind‑the‑scenes work.

You’ll use digital tools to track deliveries, work across the wider store as needed, and support colleagues to keep the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers. An extra £3.00 per hour applies to hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
