Job summary

Hydrogen UK Ltd. seeks an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join a major hospitality client on an initial 12-month FTC, with potential to go permanent. The role focuses on digital customer journeys across web apps and online booking platforms.

You will work with product and technology teams, manage API integrations, and gather requirements in an Agile or hybrid environment. Travel to Burton upon Trent is expected weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Digital Business Analyst across web applications and booking/reservation platforms.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products and journeys.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs and customer data.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working with Product, technology teams and third-party vendors.
• Comfortable in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Wellness or Fitness experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and elicit business requirements for customer-facing digital platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with product, tech and vendors.
• Support agile delivery across multiple initiatives within retail/hospitality domains.
