Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to shape our digital future by analysing business needs and translating them into practical solutions for web and bookings. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to design processes and deliver digital products that enhance the pub experience.

In this hybrid role based near Burton upon Trent, you will lead business analysis activities across digital projects, gather requirements, and document current and future states.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in business analysis within a fast-paced digital environment.
• Ability to work with ambiguity at times.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of web, apps, integrations, APIs and customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; capable of leading workshops.
• Working towards BCS certifications in Business Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives from start to end.
• Gather and validate requirements from stakeholders using best-practice techniques.
• Own and document requirements, business and system processes, including current and future states.
• Collaborate with product teams and third-party vendors to design and deliver solutions.
• Build strong IT and business relationships to ensure successful delivery.
