Job summary

Hydrogen Group seeks an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join a major hospitality client on an initial 12-month FTC with the intention for permanency. The role focuses on customer-facing platforms and initiatives, with emphasis on web applications and online booking journeys.

The successful candidate will gather requirements, map processes and facilitate workshops, working with product teams, technology colleagues and third-party vendors in an Agile or hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Digital Business Analyst, particularly across web applications and booking/reservation platforms.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products and journeys.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs and customer data.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working with Product teams, technology teams and third-party vendors.
• Comfortable working across multiple initiatives within Agile or hybrid environments.
• Previous experience within Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Wellness or Fitness is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into digital requirements for customer-facing platforms.
• Collaborate with product, technology and external vendors to design journeys and solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and map processes to support booking and reservation flows.
• Ensure API/integration considerations are covered and data-handling adheres to standards.
