Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives, involved from start to end.
• Gather and validate requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using best-practice techniques.
• Own and document the requirements, business and system processes accurately, including 'as is' and 'to be' states, including non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product teams and third-party vendors to design and deliver world-class solutions.
• Build strong relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure successful delivery.
