Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Universal Banker to provide outstanding service, educate customers on digital platforms, and raise fraud awareness while supporting vulnerable customers and promoting financial inclusion.

This full-time role is 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 and Sat 09:00-13:30, with full training, six weeks holiday, and benefits including the HSBC Pension, BUPA Healthcare, Life Assurance and Sharesave.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify vulnerable customers and provide appropriate support.
• Experience in educating customers about digital banking services.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in branch Customer Service Team and own customer needs.
• Educate customers on HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
