HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to deliver outstanding service in our branch network in Harrow. You will educate customers on digital platforms, assist with complex banking needs, and promote financial inclusion with a focus on vulnerable customers.

Training is provided in-branch, with a 9-day course over three weeks. The role offers a full-time 35-hour week with a starting salary of £27,200 and a discretionary annual bonus.

• Excellent communication skills enabling effective conversations with customers
• Ability to own inquiries from start to resolution and provide a personalised service
• Resilience to a changing environment and high-volume customer contact

• Be first point of contact in Branch Customer Service Team and deliver an exceptional customer experience
