Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our Branch Customer Service Team in the UK. You will educate customers on digital platforms, promote financial inclusion, and raise fraud awareness while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with additional Saturday shifts where needed. Full training is provided, and the role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and customer-centric problem solving.

• Be the first point of contact for branch customers and own their needs

• Take ownership of inquiries through to resolution with a personalised approach
• Be adaptable to a changing environment and engage in continuous learning
