Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to hold effective conversations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and own their needs to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Educate customers about HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
• Identify customers in vulnerable situations and determine how we can best support them.
• Assist customers with more complex banking needs and ensure they feel supported in their choices.
• Take ownership of enquiries through to resolution and provide a personalised, friendly service.
• Stay resilient in a changing environment and participate in HSBC training and development.
