Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to provide outstanding service and educate customers on digital banking options. You will actively raise fraud awareness and support vulnerable customers to ensure financial inclusion.

Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role. You will work 35 hours per week, with typical shifts Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:30, in UK branches.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to own customer enquiries through to resolution.
• Resilience in a changing branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Educate customers on HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
• Identify customers in vulnerable situations and determine best support approach.
• Assist customers with more complex banking needs to ensure informed choices.
