Job description

Our client is seeking a Digital Audit Manager to join their Risk Assurance Services team, based in Guernsey or Jersey. The role is full-time, contracted for 37.5 hours per week. In this position, you will drive the Microsoft Alliance strategy for the firm, supervising and developing teams while managing client accounts. You will facilitate the successful execution of strategic initiatives while maintaining adherence to quality standards.

Job Duties:

  • Manage client accounts to confirm alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the execution of exceptional deliverables across projects.
  • Identify and implement unique propositions for the Microsoft Alliance.
  • Foster collaboration and communication within the Alliance team.
  • Confirm adherence to professional standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Analyse market trends to inform strategic direction and pipeline development.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certification(s) Preferred: MBA, Chartered Institute of Marketing, MSc Computer Science, BSc Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of Partner & Alliance Management experience, with a successful track record in relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written formats.
  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills, fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Keen attention to detail and a focus on encouraging quality work among team members.
  • Experience in facilitating substantial and complex business changes is desirable.
  • Proven expertise in providing strategy, risk, and technical advice on technology solutions.
