Responsibilities

• Support the use of LawWare and Microsoft Word/Excel for managing case files, legal documentation, and client records
• Assist with audio typing and digital transcription of legal correspondence and case notes
• Handle incoming calls, take accurate digital messages, and update client records in the case management system
• Greet clients and visitors professionally, ensuring their details are logged and appointments are managed digitally
• Print, scan, photocopy, and file documents, maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval
• Help prepare and format legal correspondence and documentation using Microsoft Word, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Schedule and record appointments, diary entries, and court dates digitally, supporting efficient workflow and team collaboration
