Where does this role fit in?

This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the production and delivery of Ecomm & Digital assets for the KFC account. The Account Manager works directly with the KFC Marketing Ops Team and is responsible for keeping all projects and campaigns within budget and on time. The role supports the Senior Account Manager (Digital) and focuses on verification, accuracy, and completeness of all digital assets through our approval system Media Centre and Monday.com boards. This role requires commitment, resilience, and a keen focus on project management.

  • Receiving briefs from key KFC client stakeholders, clearly communicating timelines, creative templates, and costings.
  • Managing relationships between Franchisees & Marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely artwork approval.
  • Leading pre-production & WIP meetings to ensure clear, finalized artwork briefs.
  • Applying knowledge of client workflows, relaying briefs, and providing feedback based on insight and understanding of the client.
  • Developing and maintaining project timelines, accommodating last-minute requests, assessing risks, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with ITG Digital & Artwork Production Teams, flagging urgent campaigns early, and supporting resource planning.
  • Ensuring quality control by sense-checking all work before sharing.
  • Briefing final artwork to ITG Production using Media Centre & Monday.com, with adequate lead time.
  • Managing digital asset schedules, budgets, and costs accurately, updating all stakeholders regularly.
  • Updating status reports continuously to keep all parties informed.

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

  • Understanding of artwork and digital production challenges.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong numeracy skills.
  • Experience with POS in retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven client service and account management experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written English.
  • Solid marketing background with creative process knowledge.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, able to multitask.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills, and calmness under pressure.
  • Commercial acumen for job estimation, invoicing, and budgeting.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines and SLAs.

Professional Experience

  • Experience in an agency or client-side marketing role, or both.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams.
  • Hospitality/F&B brand experience is beneficial but not essential.
