Account Manager – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: UK (Fully Remote)
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term

We’re looking for an experienced and confident Account Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing product approval processes—ensuring specifications, pack copy, and artwork move efficiently through the correct workflows.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading food retailers, providing day-to-day service delivery while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Acting as the main point of contact for a key client, managing service delivery and ensuring smooth project workflows
* Coordinating internal teams to manage project capacity, capabilities, and priorities
* Supporting client development by identifying opportunities to enhance and expand service provision
* Leading client meetings, maintaining strong relationships, and providing expert guidance
* Compiling performance reports and status updates for stakeholders
* Managing client feedback and handling challenging conversations professionally

What We’re Looking For

* Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
