Viking is seeking an experienced versatile mechanic to join our maintenance team.

Basic Function: To perform maintenance and repair on company vehicles, forklifts, and other machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble vehicle components according to requirements.
• Inspect vehicles, engines, transmissions, etc., and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues.
• Conduct repairs.
• Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Perform thorough maintenance on vehicles, trucks, forklifts, and other machinery.
• Clean and apply lubricants.
• Replenish fluids and components of engines and vehicles.
• Undertake other duties as assigned (e.g., repair of hydraulic systems, painting vehicles, etc.).
• Keep logs of work and report on issues.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None specified.

Skills:
