Job summary

Roche UK is seeking a Technical Specialist to deliver world-class service by installing, relocating and de-installing high-volume analysers across the customer network. You will lead on-site projects, perform IQ/OQ checks, and coordinate with Applications and internal teams.

The role requires a qualified engineer or biomedical science background, strong English communication, and willingness to travel regularly within the UK/Ireland and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with electrical/medical technology background or biomedical science.
• Experience with high-volume diagnostic instruments and software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate and de-install high-volume analysers across customer labs.
• Provide 1st/2nd level support for troubleshooting and network connectivity.
• Lead on-site installations and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Perform IQ/OQ checks and hand over to Applications team after calibration.
• Ensure safety, compliance and accurate documentation in SOPs.
