Focus Resourcing Limited has partnered with a leading healthcare client to recruit a DI Field Service Engineer to cover the Exeter area. You will maintain and service DI equipment on multi-vendor systems within UK hospital environments.

The role involves on-site service, telephone support, field visits across the region and occasional cross‑UK travel, plus ensuring accurate administration and documentation.

Competenze

• HNC/D Electronics or equivalent required.
• Formal manufacturer training is essential.
• Experience in UK hospital environments with relevant equipment.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Experience in repair/calibration of ultrasound equipment.
• Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare environment.

Mansioni

• Provide maintenance and service for DI equipment on multi-vendor systems.
• Provide telephone assistance and field visits within Exeter and across the UK.
• Complete and maintain all administration and documentation on time.
• Provide professional information to customers on service calls.
• Build strong relationships with customers and users of the equipment.
• Collaborate with customer service and management to maintain high service standards.
• Occasional engineering support on other modalities.
