Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a range of medical imaging equipment at customer sites across London and surrounding areas. This field-based role involves travel, weekend coverage on a rotating schedule, and close collaboration with the Customer Care Centre to ensure high-quality service.

Candidate must have an HNC/HND in electronics or engineering, strong IT and networking skills, and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Requires strong IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills.
• Customer facing skills are essential to interact with customers and staff.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain Siemens Healthineers medical imaging equipment.
• Work with the Customer Care Centre to service products within your designated range.
• Prepare and update maintenance records and ensure safety compliant practice.
• Escalate issues when contractual obligations or customer satisfaction are at risk.
• Travel to customer sites across London and surrounding areas as required.
• Attend product training courses in Europe and USA to build competence.
