Focus Resourcing Group is seeking a DI Field Service Engineer to cover the North Pennines/North West UK region. You will maintain DI equipment on multi-vendor systems in hospital environments.

The role requires OEM training, 3+ years in healthcare, strong communication, and willingness to travel across the region and the UK to service customers.

Competenze

• Experience of working in UK Hospital environments with relevant equipment.
• Formal training with a relevant manufacturer.
• Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare environment.
• Has attended a range of OEM or device specific training.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive maintenance and service for DI equipment on multi-vendor systems.
• Provide telephone assistance and field visits as required throughout the assigned region and when required throughout the UK.
• Complete and maintain all administration and documentation in allotted time, to ensure smooth data processing.
• Provide professional and regular information to the customer on related service calls.
• Build good working relationships with customers and users of the equipment.
• Collaborate with customer service and management teams to maintain company's high service quality standards.
• In addition, there will be occasional assistance needed, giving engineering support on other modalities.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client as an DI Field Service Engineer covering the North Pennines/North West area.

Successful candidates will need experience of working in UK Hospital environments with relevant equipment/OEM training.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive maintenance and service for DI equipment on multi-vendor systems.
• Provide telephone assistance and field visits when and where required throughout the assigned region and when required throughout the UK.
• Complete and maintain all administration and documentation in allotted time, to ensure smooth data processing.
• Provide professional and regular information to the customer on related service calls.
• Build good working relationships with customers and users of the equipment.
• Collaborate with customer service and management teams to maintain company's high service quality standards.
• In addition, there will be occasional assistance needed, giving engineering support on other modalities.

Skills / Experience

• HNC/D Electronics or equivalent
• Formal training technical training with a relevant manufacturer is essential
• Experience of working in UK Hospital environments with relevant equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Experienced in the repair, calibration of ultrasound equipment
• Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare environment
• Has attended a range of OEM or other appropriate device specific training works and is in procession of relevant certificates
