Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking a DI Field Service Engineer to cover the North Pennines/North West area. You will perform comprehensive maintenance on DI equipment across multi-vendor systems in UK hospital environments, with field visits and telephone support as needed.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare, specialist ultrasound calibration experience, and formal OEM training. You will liaise with customers, maintain documentation, and collaborate with service teams to maintain quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with ultrasound equipment repair/calibration.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and service for DI equipment on multi-vendor systems.
• Provide telephone assistance and field visits within the UK as required.
• Complete and maintain administration and documentation promptly.
• Provide professional information to customers on service calls.
• Build strong relationships with customers and users of the equipment.
• Collaborate with customer service and management to uphold high service quality.
