Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment at customer sites in the North West England region. This field-based role requires travel to customer locations and participation in training across Europe and the USA.

You will collaborate with the Customer Care Centre, perform updates, and ensure compliance with quality and safety policies while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in electronics or engineering.
• Field service experience with fault finding on electronic/medical equipment; strong IT and networking skills.
• Strong customer facing skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain Siemens Healthineers imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Centre to service, update, install equipment.
• Maintain tools and test equipment and company property.
• Escalate issues to protect customer satisfaction and contractual obligations.
• Attend product training in Europe and USA.
• Work in a multidisciplinary customer services team to uphold company values.
