Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is recruiting for a Customer Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain state‑of‑the‑art medical imaging equipment at customer sites across the South West England. The role is field based with significant travel and includes occasional weekend work.

You will work with the Customer Care Centre to service, update and install products, maintain test equipment, and ensure quality standards are met. A driving license and strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electronics, Engineering or related field.
• Ideally field service experience with fault finding on electronic/medical equipment.
• Strong IT, MS Office and networking infrastructure skills.
• Customer-facing skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels; full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain Siemens Healthineers medical imaging equipment.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Centre to perform service, maintenance, updates and installation.
• Escalate issues to ensure customer satisfaction and meet contractual obligations.
