Are you an experienced sales professional ready for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a prestigious new development at Kingston County Hall, working alongside an established Development Sales Lead for one of the UK's leading property developers.

This is a rare opportunity to get in at the ground floor of an exciting launch with genuine career progression potential.

The Role

As Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences at this landmark Kingston development. Working closely with the Development Sales Lead, you'll manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion.

This is a true sales negotiator position where your skills, experience, and results will directly impact your earnings and career trajectory.

What's On Offer
  • Salary: £35,000 basic (once permanent)
  • Bonus: 5% performance bonus
  • Commission: Up to £35,000 quarterly commission
  • Total OTE: Up to £71,750
Working Pattern
  • 5 days per week
  • Alternating weekends (2 weekends on, 2 weekends off)
  • Monday-Saturday: 10am-6pm
  • Sunday: 11am-4pm
