Development Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 plus package
Location: South East London
Region: London

Established Developer urgently require a Development Manager to run housing schemes from the front end to construction handover / delivery.

The Developer concerned have a turnover in excess of £30 million, they are involved in a mixture of private sale units and JV work with Housing Associations and Residential Providers.

The role is to take schemes from acquisition stage and run them through planning and take them to project delivery stages. There will be architects, external consultants, planners and internal team members to help and the role will be reporting into the Development Director and Divisional Director of the business.

This will suit a candidate that has a minimum of 2 years front end project Development experience and has worked on housing sites and JVs to around 80 units.
