Job summary
Carnival UK is seeking an Executive, Development to drive learning and talent initiatives within the People team. You will lead inclusive training, shape development plans and provide actionable feedback to support capability and business outcomes.
The role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and the ability to diagnose capability needs, with a related HR/L&D qualification preferred. Hybrid work with some home days offered.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering learning, development or training interventions in a people-focused environment.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose capability needs and provide constructive feedback.
- HR/ Talent/ Learning and Development qualification with psychometric tool accreditation desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead inclusive training sessions and tailor delivery to audience needs.
- Coordinate feedback on learning programmes and implement improvements.
- Deliver development plans and track impact on capability and business outcomes.
- Support performance calibration, talent and succession planning with data and insights.
