You will design and facilitate development programs, coordinate feedback, and track outcomes, contributing to continuous capability building and career progression within a global holiday business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering learning, development or training interventions in a people-focused environment.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to create inclusive learning experiences.
• Ability to diagnose capability needs and apply learning content, with constructive feedback.

• Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to audience needs and use feedback to improve delivery.
• Coordinate feedback on learning programmes and identify themes for improvements.
• Develop development plans and track impact on capability and business outcomes.
