A local government authority in Reading is seeking a Development & Construction Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget while collaborating with various stakeholders. A strong project management background with relevant qualifications in construction is required. We have an excellent opportunity available for a dynamic and experienced Development & Construction Project Manager to join our Commercial Property Team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Development & Construction Project Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of both WBC service and commercial development opportunities from masterplanning and viability to implementation and delivery. This will include utilising expert project management skills to work with multi-discipline teams, Council wide departments and external stakeholders, ensuring the Council's construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent project management skills and a strong understanding and experience of Commercial and Residential construction projects.
