A leading housing organization is seeking a Development and Delivery Manager in Kendal to oversee residential projects in the North-West. You will manage the full project lifecycle and ensure quality delivery while collaborating with teams and external partners. Strong project management experience and knowledge of the planning system are essential. Development and Delivery Manager — 251480. Location: Maryport or Kendal – hybrid working across North-West development sites and from home. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw). Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum (negotiable on experience).

Working across both development and delivery, this is a unique opportunity to manage projects from start to finish and to continue to develop your skills to Senior Manager as you grow with us.

You’ll report to Kerry, our Senior Development and Delivery Manager who are passionate about delivering market leading homes of the highest quality for our customers.
Working Monday to Friday, you’ll shape your own diary around work and your own commitments. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll spend two days in our office at Maryport, the others across our development sites and from home. You must be able to use technology for delivering projects and managing budgets, online learning and collaborating with colleagues.
