Job summary

Aikido Security in the United Kingdom is seeking its first Customer Success Engineer to bridge customers and our platform, driving adoption and ensuring value realization. You will protect against churn and help clients unlock the full potential of our security products.

As a senior contributor, you’ll own customer success workflows, collaborate with product and engineering, and participate in weekend support rotations to ensure coverage for our growing customer base.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with experience in customer success or TAM.
• AppSec experience is a must.
• Ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Excellent communication and proactive, results-driven.
• Comfortable working independently with multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with at-risk accounts to prevent churn and drive adoption.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Lead onboarding and deployment for new clients.
• Deliver training sessions to customer teams.
• Share customer insights with product teams.
• Support weekend rotation to cover customers.
