Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in the United Kingdom. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers post-sale through onboarding, integration, and adoption of cybersecurity solutions.

You will work with CS, Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues, share insights, and drive value realization for enterprise customers in IT, OT, and critical infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical roles in CS/SE/Implementation/Support.
• Strong understanding of security tech, cloud, IAM, APIs, and networking.
• Proven ability to investigate issues and guide customers to solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary post-sale technical contact and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with CSMs to align on objectives and environments.
• Guide onboarding, integration, configuration, and adoption.
• Provide best-practice recommendations to improve product usage.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with cross-functional teams to resolve.
• Develop technical success plans and customer-facing resources.
