Job summary

Aikido in London is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Account Executives, helping prospects understand, evaluate, and successfully adopt our platform. You’ll translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for developers, security teams, and technical stakeholders.

This role is heavily pre‑sales, driving demos, POCs, and technical evaluations, while shaping how our security tooling fits into customers’ code, cloud, and runtime environments.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in a Sales Engineer or Pre‑Sales role.
• Strong technical foundation (cloud, DevOps, security, or developer tooling).
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly to tech and business partners.
• Commutable to Ghent or London.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical demos and product walkthroughs with Account Executives.
• Run proofs-of-concept (POCs) and guide evaluations.
• Explain how Aikido fits into code → cloud → runtime environments.
• Troubleshoot technical questions during the sales process.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to developers, security teams, and engineering leaders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to relay customer feedback.
