Qualifications

• Flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
• Commitment to completing mandatory Personal Safety Training and First Aid Training upon appointment.
• Willingness to be trained in the use of a defibrillator.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and security of detainees in custody suites.
• Work across the custody estate, primarily at Middlesbrough Custody Suite.
• Support the Custody Officer from arrival to departure of detainees, including administrative tasks.
• Assist in managing and processing detainees in line with relevant laws.
