Job summary

Huntress - Bracknell is seeking a highly organised Order Processor to join a busy order management team in Bracknell. You will process high volumes of orders accurately, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and ensure on-time delivery of products.

This role focuses on accuracy, efficiency and maintaining up-to-date order records, SLAs, and customer satisfaction. Circa £30,000 per year, dependent on experience; hybrid working possibilities may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, order management, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of incoming orders accurately and within SLAs.
• Liaise with indirect channel partners to clarify order requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the order management team to handle queries and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of order status, delivery schedules, and tracking information.
• Identify and elevate potential issues or bottlenecks to prevent delays or errors.
• Support process improvements by suggesting more efficient workflows.
