Qualifications

• Administration experience in an office environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; proactive problem solving.
• Understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate despatch of goods to customers.
• Liaise with customers, sales, operations and supply chain teams.
• Schedule deliveries to optimise load efficiency and meet requirements.
• Handle despatch administration including POs, invoices and PODs.
• Monitor driver worksheets, hours, tonnages and wage data.
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with external hauliers for delivery bookings.
• Ensure PPE and Health & Safety standards are met.
• Support continuous improvement within Despatch.
