Job summary

Epwin Group PLC is seeking a proactive Delivery Coordinator to manage daily deliveries, handle customer inquiries and maintain high service levels. You will coordinate dispatch, load and unload, and work with a close-knit team.

The role requires good local knowledge, a full UK driving licence, PC literacy and strong communication. Hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30, with a practical, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local road network and routing principles.
• Valid UK driving licence (full) is essential.
• PC literacy and ability to manage documents/processes.
• Ability to listen and follow instructions effectively.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a bonus.
• Experience working in a close team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery and dispatch processes with correct routing.
• Complete weekly vehicle checks to ensure fleet compliance.
• Identify, pick, load and deliver products on time and professionally.
• Answer customer inquiries promptly and maintain high service levels.
• Unload, check, pick and load deliveries accurately.
• Uphold high levels of customer service at all times.
• Perform warehouse and driving duties, including heavy lifting as required.
