Job summary

Computappoint Limited is seeking a driven Desktop Support Engineer to join their London office. You will be part of the IT support team delivering high-quality, responsive assistance to colleagues across the business.

You will handle first/second-line support, onboarding, device provisioning, asset management and meeting room tech, while contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing. Occasional travel to other offices is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows device build, support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Entra ID and AD user management.
• Experience with Intune and MDM.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills.
• Knowledge of Teams Calling and 8x8 telephony solutions.
• Understanding of web filtering, DLP, antivirus, and SSO.
• Excellent documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities.
• Proactive learner with desire to grow in IT support.
• Experience supporting Power BI and Power Platform is a plus.
• Scripting with PowerShell for centralized management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line desktop support.
• Assist with inductions, onboarding and training for new joiners.
• Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, mobiles, and peripherals.
• Manage assets and ensure devices are secure and up to date.
• Support meetings and meeting room technology.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in IT drop-in days and out-of-hours rota.
• Assist with network testing, patching, and office IT management.
• Learn and support new technologies as the business evolves.
• Occasional travel to other offices (monthly).
