DGH Recruitment Limited in London is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide IT assistance across the firm’s two London offices. You will deliver a great user experience for staff and handle a range of incidents and requests.

The role includes administering the corporate iPhone fleet via Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM, supporting colleagues in person at the Tech Hub, and collaborating with the Global Service Desk to raise knowledge.

Formación

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office 365).
• Experience with logging tickets in ITSM call logging software.

Responsabilidades

• Administer the corporate iPhone fleet through Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM, including DEP enrolment, supervised device policies, and lifecycle refresh
• Dealing with customers in person at the Tech Hub
• Work with co-workers to increase knowledge across the Global Service Desk team
