Intuit ED Ltd in Milton Keynes seeks an IT Desktop Support Specialist to deliver 1st/2nd line assistance for staff, covering desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices. The role involves OS installs, AD validation and device enrollment via Intune, Autopilot and SCCM, plus ongoing incident management.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows OS, Office, AD, and ticketing workflows. On-site availability in Milton Keynes is required.

Formación

• 1–3 years in IT desktop support or related field.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Strong Windows OS and Office knowledge.
• Experience administering Active Directory and user accounts.
• Familiarity with Intune/Autopilot/SCCM enrollment and management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first/second level IT support to staff.
• Work with third party vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Communicate issue status and resolutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain incident tickets with updates and notes.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Office apps.
