Job summary

BlupaceTech is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide daily local and remote desktop support from Plymouth. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and document steps in the ticketing system.

The role requires coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth IT operations across shifts. The candidate should have 3+ years of relevant IT experience, a Bachelor's in CS or equivalent, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365,

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in CS or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCP are desirable.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, AD, Office 365, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong communication and SLA management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second line desktop support and ticket resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications in ticketing system.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure consistency across shifts.
• Install and support Windows 10/11, Office 365, printers, and hardware.
• Assist Apple Mac users with basic support.
