Job summary

Rebel Recruiters is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst in a hybrid Nottinghamshire environment. The role covers on-site and remote support across multiple sites, troubleshooting Windows desktops, Office 365, and security tooling.

You will configure and deploy hardware, manage tickets, and contribute to IT projects while strengthening Defender-based security and device management across the estate.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops and laptops.
• Experience with Office 365 and related productivity tools.
• Hands-on Defender experience for vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with Intune for device management and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop support across a multi-site environment.
• Manage tickets and user issues; escalate when needed.
• Configure and deploy hardware and software assets.
• Support security and IT project work as part of the team.
