Job summary

Computacenter is seeking an experienced Third Line Analyst to join our team supporting a highly secure, enterprise-scale customer environment in Derby. The role involves owning advanced incidents, problems and changes across Windows infrastructure and working with customers and service teams to ensure secure, reliable services.

Location can be Hatfield or Derby, with on-call rota and opportunities to work across a diverse technology stack while delivering improvements.

Qualifications

Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
Ability to resolve complex incidents and implement long-term improvements.
Comfort in a security-focused enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Provide expert third-line support across enterprise Windows environments.
Investigate and resolve complex incidents and problems, with both quick fixes and long-term improvements.
Design, implement and support infrastructure solutions across Windows platforms.
Support infrastructure projects, upgrades and technical change activities.
Manage workloads effectively to meet SLAs and priorities.
Build strong relationships with customers, project teams and stakeholders.
Review services to improve reliability, performance and user experience.
Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge across the team.
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota and assist with critical service restoration.
