Aviva in Bristol is seeking an Onsite Support Technician to join our IT team. This full‑time, onsite role will see you providing 1st and 2nd line deskside support to colleagues across the Bristol office and occasional travel to other sites.
You’ll work with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and device management tools to keep people productive, resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth IT services, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Starting Salary c. £38,000 Depending on skills and experience
This is a full time, onsite role, andyou’llbeworkingin the Bristol office Monday to Friday with occasional travel to other offices.

You’ll work closely with other technology teams too, helping us deliver brilliant support across Aviva.
There may also be the occasional need to support colleagues at other Aviva sites.
