You will assess Building, BI, and related losses with a customer‑focused approach while applying policy terms and technical judgement.

This role emphasizes autonomy, clear communication with brokers and suppliers, and delivering fair, timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex and high-value commercial property claims.
• Strong technical knowledge of Building Claims, BI, Alternative Accommodation and Contract Works claims.
• Ability to investigate claims, assess policy coverage and make sound indemnity decisions.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex commercial property claims end to end.
• Investigate losses, assess coverage and make informed claim decisions.
• Provide technical expertise to support positive customer outcomes.
