Job summary

Kier Group in Wanlip is seeking a Design Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary design information for water and wastewater projects within the Severn Trent Framework. You will drive design coordination, programme management and stakeholder engagement to ensure information is complete, coordinated, buildable and issued on time.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating design information or multidisciplinary deliverables.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud for document management and approvals.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to facilitate meetings and actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating design activities across disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, process).
• Using Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage documents, comments, workflows and approvals.
• Organising design coordination meetings and tracking decisions and actions.
• Working with planning to align design activities with the programme.
• Building relationships with clients, designers, construction teams and suppliers.
