Kier Group in Wanlip is seeking a Design Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary design information for water and wastewater projects. You will work with designers, project delivery teams, clients and suppliers to ensure designs are complete, coordinated, buildable and issued in line with project requirements using Autodesk Construction Cloud as the common data environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering, construction or related qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating design information or multidisciplinary project deliverables in a construction, infrastructure, engineering or utilities environment.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud for document management, design reviews, comments, workflows and approvals.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to facilitate meetings and follow up actions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating design activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, process and other relevant disciplines.
• Using Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage design documents, review comments, approval workflows and controlled information.
• Organising and facilitating design coordination meetings, recording decisions, actions and completion dates.
• Working with the planning team to align design activities with the project programme and construction needs.
• Building effective working relationships with clients, designers, construction teams, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
